Rescuers in northern Peru have been in search of caught miners at a tiny money cow in Peru, after the mine was purportedly struck by presumed illegal miners, a regional mayor claimed.
Segundo Armas, mayor of the Pataz space within the northwestern space of La Libertad, claimed on Monday that as many as 17 miners could be caught on the mine.
Armas was unable to confirm the number of miners that really had the flexibility to get away.
