Jaipur: Rs 248 crore will likely be spent on the roads of Jaipur metropolis. This quantity will likely be spent on highway development, restore work, roadlights and development of drains. UDH Minister Jhabar Singh Kharra held a gathering on this matter. In the assembly, this data was given by JDA, Housing Board, Jaipur Heritage Corporation and Jaipur Greater relating to the restore of roads.
JDA officers stated that works price Rs 187 crore have been taken up. Work orders have been issued for 33 out of 47 works costing Rs 44 crore. Housing Board has taken up 11 works price about Rs 20 crore. Out of those, work orders have been issued for 7 works costing about Rs 13 crore.

Heritage Corporation officers stated that works price Rs 22 crore have been taken up. Work orders have been issued for 61 out of 62 works costing Rs 20 crore. Greater Corporation officers stated that works price Rs 19 crore have been taken up. Work orders have been issued for 34 out of 39 works costing Rs 12.64 crore.
