ACB Action: In Rajasthan, Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) has tightened the noose on corrupt officers and workers of various authorities departments. On October 9, in Dungarpur, ACB arrested Ramesh Chandra Koted, an schooling employee of Bichhiwada CBEO workplace, crimson handed whereas taking a bribe of Rs 10,000. The accused had demanded bribe from the sufferer in a pension associated matter. Meanwhile, the ACB crew has caught the junior assistant of Shahabad tehsil of Baran crimson handed whereas taking bribe.
Junior Assistant Hemraj of Shahabad tehsil of tribal space of Baran district has been caught red-handed taking a bribe of Rs 1500. It is being instructed that 12 officers of the ACB crew have taken motion. Junior Assistant Hemraj has been arrested for taking bribe of Rs 1500 from the complainant.
A bribe of Rs 2000 was demanded for the lease.
Director General of Anti-Corruption Bureau, Dr. Ravi Prakash Mehra mentioned {that a} grievance was given by the complainant to the Baran unit of ACB. In which the complainant had instructed that the accused Hemraj junior assistant was harassing her by demanding a bribe of Rs 2000 in trade for registering the lease of a residential home. On which the grievance was verified beneath the supervision of ACB Kota Deputy Inspector General of Police Shivraj Meena beneath the management of Deputy Superintendent of Police Premchand Meena of Baran unit of ACB. After this, on Wednesday (October 9), whereas trapping the crew, the accused Hemraj Kanishk assistant was arrested for taking bribe quantity of ₹ 1500 from the complainant.
Even in the course of the verification of the grievance, the accused collected Rs 500 as bribe from the complainant. The accused is being interrogated and different actions are being taken beneath the course of ACB Additional Director General of Police Smita Srivastava. ACB will register a case beneath the Prevention of Corruption Act and conduct additional investigation.
