Bribe was demanded for tractor registration
Police Inspector ACB Jagdish Bhardwaj mentioned that the complainant Rishi Raj of Dholpur had lodged a criticism on 4 September 2024 on the quantity 1064 of Jaipur ACB Headquarters. The complainant alleged that Babu Pawan Srivastava and Anoop Agarwal working in Dholpur District Transport Office, apart from dealer Pawan Chansoria, have been demanding a bribe of Rs 3300 on common for getting the tractor registered and assigned. He mentioned that on the criticism of the complainant, the Karauli unit was directed to take motion underneath the directions of Jaipur ACB Headquarters. Bhardwaj mentioned that on this regard, the criticism letter was taken by contacting the complainant Rishi Raj. After receiving the criticism letter from the complainant, the ACB acquired the matter bodily verified in a secret method.
During the operation, a clerk Anup Agrawal absconded.
After verification, the ACB workforce carried out the motion in Dholpur District Transport Office on Monday. Babu Pawan Srivastava of the Transport Office and dealer Pawan Chansoria have been arrested crimson handed whereas accepting Rs 3300. During the motion, the third accused Anoop Agarwal absconded. He is being searched by the ACB. He mentioned that the ACB workforce is interrogating the Babu and the dealer after arresting them. After investigation, they are going to be offered in Bharatpur ACB Court on Tuesday.
