Jaipur : On Thursday, a division bench of Rajasthan High Court granted bail to Mohammad Javed, the accused arrested within the well-known Kanhaiyalal homicide case of Udaipur. The division bench of Justice Pankaj Bhandari and Justice Praveer Bhatnagar has given the order.
The court docket stated in its order that the NIA has arrested the accused solely on the premise of name particulars. But the NIA has not been in a position to show the situation of the accused. And no restoration has been produced from the accused. The accused has been in jail for a very long time.
The trial shall be lengthy, so he’s given the advantage of bail. Orders have been given on the bail petition (attraction) of Mohammad Javed. Advocate Syed Saadat Ali, Nadeem Qadir together with advocates Atif Aman, Uzma Ilyas and Afreen Rizvi have pleaded on behalf of the petitioner.
Mohammad Javed’s bail was rejected by the NIA court docket on 31 August 2023. After which an attraction was filed by the accused within the High Court for bail.
