Jhunjhunu: The POCSO courtroom has sentenced an accused of raping a minor lady to twenty years of rigorous imprisonment and a positive of Rs 50,000. Special Public Prosecutor Om Prakash Saini Bagad mentioned that in May 2021, accused Anil Kumar alongside along with his two minor associates forcefully picked up a teenage lady from her dwelling and took her to a abandoned place and raped her. The accused additionally threatened to kill the lady if she informed anybody about this.
He informed that on May 12, 2021, the sufferer lodged a police report towards the accused Anil and others.
