Jaipur: Amid the continuing rains in Rajasthan, a recent replace has emerged relating to the water stage of Bisalpur Dam. The water stage of the dam has reached 314.39 RL meters. The water within the dam has exceeded 80% of its complete filling capability. Triveni is flowing at 3 meters within the filling space of the dam.
The water stage on the dam is 315.50 RL meters. In such a scenario, the overall filling is taken into account to be 38.70 TMC. Currently, about 31 TMC of the overall filling capability of the dam has come. Out of this, 16.2 TMC water is reserved for consuming water.
About 8 TMC water is reserved for irrigation. 8.95 TMC water will get evaporated in a 12 months. According to the Water Resources Department, the 12 months is calculated from 1 June to 31 May.
