Bikaner: The constable of Nokha police station of Bikaner dedicated suicide by hanging himself. The constable dedicated suicide after returning residence from obligation. After which the neighbors arrived when the constable’s spouse shouted. And folks eliminated him from the noose and took him to the hospital.
