Death toll within the large blaze that was triggered by the LPG tanker accident on the Jaipur Ajmer Highway, final week, rose to twenty with yet another man succumbing to extreme burn accidents on the SMS hospital in Rajasthan’s Jaipur on Saturday. The dying was confirmed by the SMS hospital superintendent Dr Sushil Bhati.
Bhati stated that at the moment, seven individuals who sustained accidents within the accident had been present process therapy on the hospital.
The Jaipur-Ajmer freeway fireplace had left over 40 autos charred. At least 12 folks died on the day of the accident.

On December 20, a truck hit an LPG tanker on the freeway within the Bhankrota space within the wee hours, sparking an enormous fireplace that engulfed different autos on the highway together with a passenger bus. Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma had visited the SMS Hospital and spoke to medical doctors. He issued instructions to make sure correct therapy of these injured.
“Deeply saddened to hear the news of casualties in the gas tanker fire incident on the Jaipur-Ajmer National Highway. As soon as the information about the incident was received, I went to the SMS Hospital and directed the doctors there to provide immediate necessary medical facilities and take proper care of the injured,” the CM posted on X.
A virtually 300-metre busy stretch of the freeway was affected by the accident, resulting in a protracted queue of autos
