A woman was raped in Rajasthan when she was a minor and the one that carried out the incident was 21 years outdated. Now after 40 years, the Supreme Court’s resolution has come on this case. The Supreme Court expressed grief for delay in justice. A bench of Justice Vikram Nath and Justice Sanjay Karol stated that we’re unhappy that it took 4 a long time to return.

The apex courtroom rejected the Rajasthan High Court’s July 2013 verdict through which it had dominated to acquit the accused.
