Pratapgarh : The Anti-Corruption Department crew took a significant motion and arrested Junior Assistant Mukesh Salvi posted in Suhagpura Subdivision Officer’s Office whereas accepting a bribe of Rs. 10,000. This bribe quantity was demanded in trade for getting a keep on the conversion of land and including the identify.
Additional Superintendent of Police, Anti-Corruption Department, Pratapgarh, Vikram Singh mentioned {that a} grievance was lodged in ACB by the complainant, a resident of Banjari village, that he has ancestral land. After the demise of his grandfather, his uncle bought that land registered in his and his spouse’s identify. His father’s identify was not added. Now he’s getting that land transformed into residential land. After this, Junior Assistant Mukesh Salvi posted there demanded a bribe of fifty thousand rupees from the complainant, about which he complained to the Anti Corruption Department, Pratapgarh. Later the deal was mounted for 40 thousand rupees and seven thousand rupees got to Mukesh Salvi on thirtieth August as verification. On Tuesday, the complainant gave a bribe of 10 thousand rupees to Mukesh Salvi. Then the ACB caught him pink handed.
