Rajasthan Politics: Congress State President Govind Singh Dotasara held a public assembly in Salumbar in help of Reshma Meena. He stated that the BJP authorities is reviewing the panchayats shaped by us. We have created districts and are reviewing them. He stated that I need to ask whether or not Salumber district ought to have been created or not. When you got your rights by creating Salumber district, at the moment the Chief Minister and his officers are saying that they are going to abolish Salumber district.

BJP has fielded Shanta Devi Meena from Salumber meeting seat. Shanta Devi Meena is the spouse of late MLA Amritlal Meena. Salumber seat turned vacant after the demise of Amritlal Meena. Now by-elections are happening right here. Congress has given ticket to Reshma Meena on this seat. Bharat Adivasi Party (BAP) has made Jitesh Katra its candidate.
