SI Paper Leak Case: Every day new revelations and arrests are being made within the well-known SI paper leak case in Rajasthan. On Thursday (October 10), SOG offered 5 accused together with 4 trainee SIs within the courtroom and demanded their remand. After listening to each the perimeters, the courtroom despatched 4 trainee SIs on remand until seventeenth October. Whereas dummy candidate Santosh has been despatched on remand for 2 days. Trainee SI Neeraj, Monica, Renu and Surjeet have been given remand of SOG.
It is alleged that SOG had sought 10 days remand of Trainee SI and three days remand of Santosh. But after the listening to, the courtroom has despatched the 4 accused on remand until October 17 and dummy candidate Santosh on remand for 2 days.
There was a heated debate on the arrest within the courtroom
There was a heated debate between each the events within the courtroom on 10 October. Advocate Swadeep Singh Hora, showing on behalf of accused trainee SI Neeraj, argued that the ‘floor of arrest and area of arrest’ weren’t knowledgeable to Neeraj in writing, therefore this arrest is illegitimate.
