He wrote on Facebook, “After the sudden demise of my son Vikas Kumar Sharma on August 24, former Chief Minister of Rajasthan Vasundhara Raje Scindia ji is reaching my private residence Behror on Monday, September 2 at 9 am to console the family.”

On 24 August, the adopted brother of former Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje, Shrikrishna Patidar, additionally handed away. Former Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje wrote on the social media platform X, “I am deeply shocked to hear the news of the death of former minister and dedicated BJP leader Shrikrishna Patidar ji. It feels like I have lost one of my brothers. For me, the death of Patidar ji is an irreparable loss.”
